Escalation to Supervisor: If a satisfactory resolution is not reached through direct communication with the sales team, you have the option to escalate the matter to a supervisor or a higher-ranking representative within Monatec Solutions. 11.7.3. Mediation: If, after taking the steps mentioned above, a resolution still cannot be reached, both parties may agree to pursue mediation through the American Arbitration Association (AAA). The selection of AAA as the mediation firm is subject to mutual agreement by both parties. The costs associated with mediation through the AAA will be shared equally between the parties unless otherwise determined by the AAA or as specified in the mediation agreement.
